Shipping & Returns

Many of our products only ship via truck.You must contact us to get an accurate shipping cost and we will add a special item that includes your truck shipping cost.All such items are marked with a "Call to Order" and a contact button will provide a direct email link to us.We need to know the destination zip code, whether we are shipping to a residential or commercial address, items and quantities.Once you provide us with that information, we can make a bundle for you to order that includes the truck shipping and will bypass the store program's UPS shipping calculation. Truck ship orders always require a contact phone number that the driver can use when making the delivery, and any special instructions that you think will help the driver make the delivery.

Unless you make special arrangements with us, we only ship to the USA and Canada.All free shipping items are to the continental USA.Contact us if you want a shipping quote to a destination other than the USA or Canada.

All of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or importer, so you always get the latest version of their products. On occasion when we are offered special closeouts, we will list them in our Bargain Basement department.

We take returns for 30-days. If we or our suppliers shipped you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item to replace it at no shipping cost to you. We will also pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item. If you just don't want what you ordered, notify us via email so that we both have documentation of the return transaction. Our suppliers now require photos of all damaged shipments. Please include photos of damages when you contact us for a replacement of a damaged shipment. Please send an email with the reason for your return to and we will issue you a return authorization with instructions regarding shipping. Any return shipments that are not clearly marked with the return authorization number will be refused.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue youraccount a credit for the full amount of the purchase price and taxes less the shipping cost and possibly a 15% restocking fee if one is imposed by our suppliers. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest using a ground shipment carrier such as UPS or FEDEX where the package shipment can be tracked.

Connecticut (only) tax exempt customers must download and mail us the appropriate tax exempt form before we can mark your account for tax exempt status. The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services requires that we have these forms on file regardless of the type of tax exempt organization you are with.
