We take returns for 30-days. If we or our suppliers shipped you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item to replace it at no shipping cost to you. We will also pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item. If you just don't want what you ordered, notify us via email so that we both have documentation of the return transaction. Please send an email with the reason for your return to joealix@comcast.net and we will issue you a return authorization with instructions regarding shipping. Any return shipments that are not clearly marked with the return authorization number will be refused.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue your account a credit for the full amount of the purchase price and taxes less the shipping cost and possibly a 15% restocking fee if one is imposed by our suppliers. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest using a ground shipment carrier such as UPS or DHL where the package shipment can be tracked.
Connecticut tax exempt customers must download and mail us the appropriate tax exempt form before we can mark your account for tax exempt status. The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services requires that we have these forms on file regardless of the type of tax exempt organization you are with.
